In Agvance, Hub, Blending (Hourglass Icon)
Click on the File Folder Icon, Blend Tickets
Change location to All, then follow steps in Captured Totals Billing SOP.
NEVER MAKE CHANGES TO A BLEND TICKET UNLESS THE STATUS SAYS “LOADED” If the Status says “Blend” the job has not been completed by an applicator and touching that ticket will lock it from being able to be completed.
If Captured totals is not available, Click on the Products tab and change the “Blended” column totals to the totals loaded on the Kahler ticket. Click Recalculate Using Blended, Save.
Make sure if custom app, a service item fee is on the blend ticket, if not double click on the Product Name box to add it. If you need to change or add a product click on the Product Name to Add and Enter a 0 in the Blending column of the product that was loaded or needs to be removed from the blend ticket. Since you cannot delete a loaded line on a blend ticket changing the Blended total to 0 will not import that line to the Invoice.
You also need to verify the product loaded on the Blend Ticket is showing it pulling from the correct location the product physically came from. Look for the Sell From Dept ID to verify this, if a product is showing from the wrong location, add that same product from the correct location and enter the quantity in the blended column and enter a 0 in the blended column for the wrong location product.
